SMART2015 venue is easily accessed from all over the world through the Kuwait International Airport which is located 15.5 kilometers south of Kuwait City. Taxies and buses transport services are available in the Kuwait International Airport. Visa

Citizen of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states have a right to enter and live in Kuwait without undergoing any particular formalities. The Ministry of Interior of Kuwait declared in February 2004 that citizens from the following countries can obtain entry visa in the Kuwait Airports upon arrival:

Citizen from countries not in the list, are required to undergo visa formalities. To make it easy for SMART2015 attendees, the conference organizers have made agreements with some hotels that accepted to:

• Grant special rates
• Achieve the visa formalities for SMART2015 attendees who are kindly requested to send by e-mail to the selected hotel the following documents:
• A copy of the first page of the passport,
• A copy of the last academic degree,
• A copy of the registration fees payment receipt.
